I agree with others--the sizes are a bit small but the cup works well. It does suck to have to run with this but it protects the important stuff.

This is great to wear and use. The cup protects well, keeping me pain free after hours of cycling. It would be best to put in the cup before wearing as getting the cup in once it's on you is a little difficult.

well built cup, but two small for me had to send back first one. Second one still didn't fit me. they where very good on there return policy. size chart said it would fit but no luck....

This thing is amazingly comfortable. I do Krav Maga at least three times a week, so it gets its fair share of groin shots, none of which I can feel at all. So it does its job.
I've tried jogging with it on just to see how it felt, and it was fine. Haven't tried sprinting with it, but maybe someone who plays soccer can enlighten us.
Based on what other reviewers have said regarding the sizes, I got a large instead of medium, which is usually what I get for everything else I wear (I have a 31" waist). It fits snugly (i.e. great fit). I'm also shorter and stockier (5'5" and 160 lbs) if that helps anyone for reference.
Only potential problem I see is the jock strap falling apart at some point. The elastic band around the waist is starting to show some wear only after a month. And I only handwash it, so it's not like the washing machine is adding to the abuse.
Overall, highly recommended.

Great cup, does not shift around while rolling in BJJ. The supporter is not uncomfortable but then again if you've never used one might take a bit to get used to the feel of it.
