Product Description
Reduces the risk of concussions from lower jaw impacts. Upper and lower bite channels promote talking and breathing through mouth while clenching, enhancing strength and endurance. Unlike other mouthguards, the Brain Pad locks jaw in a comfortable "down and forward" position that creates padding between the bones of the jaw joint and the base of the skull, which helps prevent the lower jaw from slamming into the base of the skull and brain with every strike. Patented design secures, stabilizes and cushions the jaw offering TMJ/brain safety while protecting the lips, gums and covering the teeth. Designed to fit easily over braces. Allows increased, constant breathing - even while clenching. Allows speaking. Recovers lost strength from TMJ socket damage. Promotes healing in TMJ region.

Please note we also carry a "Youth Size" is for ages 10 and under and a "Female Size" that is much more comfortable in smaller mouths. These typically have no trouble fitting over braces.

Have to say the sevice was wonderful and quick. Got this really to stop grinding my teeth at night. Dentist wanted $399.00 for a mouth guard. Used this and pocketed the extra money saved. Easy to fit and makes a custom mold. Great idea and great product and great service. Whats not to like?

I didn't even make it to the point where I used this product. I followed the instructions, molding it to my mouth/teeth very carefully but in the end it was just to big and bulky, leaving my mouth wide open. I would not recommend this item.

I bought this product from Piranha Gear and it arrived quickly and was easy to fit. I've had some trouble with other mouth pieces I've tried, but this one works great and makes breathing (for nervous beginners like me) very easy and natural

Great buy to save big bucks against the dentists. The breathing airway in the middle is also a great idea. Already taken a shot or two on the mat but it's easy to wear and easier to fight and play sports in. Seller was easy to work with and came on time.
